ZaynCare was created from lived experience — working nights, managing incidents, and supporting people with complex needs. We've seen what happens when staffing is stretched, communication breaks down, or documentation is poor.
ZaynCare exists to do things differently: combining real frontline understanding with structured processes and simple technology. We believe that better-organised staffing leads to better care, for everyone involved.
