How We Work With You
Initial conversation
We learn about your service, understand your environment, and discuss your expectations for agency staff.
Agreement & onboarding
We agree on terms, documentation requirements, and set up key contacts for shift coordination.
Shift requests
You send us your shift details when you need cover. Later this can be done through an online form for faster processing.
Allocation & confirmation
We allocate suitable staff via ZaynShift and send you confirmation with worker details.
Standards & Expectations
All ZaynCare workers are expected to:
- Arrive on time and prepared for the shift
- Work within your service policies and procedures
- Follow safeguarding, confidentiality, and professional boundaries
- Document clearly and hand over relevant information before leaving
